I have over 10 years' experience providing counseling services to children, teens, parents, and young adults with concerns related to Anxiety, Social Anxiety, OCD, ADHD, Autism, grief, and trauma.

I specialize in providing client centered play therapy for kids ages 6-12 years old, which can help to reduce anxiety, build confidence, and improve their social emotional functioning.

I also have experience leading teens groups for teens that experience social anxiety. My approach for this age range is incorporating expressive therapies such as art and sand tray to invite in acceptance of feelings, and new and flexible thinking patterns. I find that art can often be a fun way to learn regulation and coping skills as well.

I have a heart for working with moms who are looking to gain more tools and understanding to manage anxiety & depression symptoms, process grief and/or trauma, especially during the early years of parenting.

I am passionate about addressing generational trauma, which is trauma that is often inherited from generations and generations of exposure to trauma and other mental health conditions.

I am in network with Aetna, Anthem, CareFirst BCBS and can provide a superbill for out of network services.
